Razorpay or Cashfree for domestic-primary businesses, both offer excellent support for Indian payment methods (UPI, NEFT, wallets) alongside cards. Stripe is better for international-primary businesses. Many businesses use both.
We implement smart retry logic (exponential backoff with jitter), email dunning sequences, and grace period management. Stripe Billing includes this natively; for other gateways we implement equivalent logic.
