Prototyping

We bring designs to life

Why ui/ux Prototyping?

Replicating the behaviours of the actual product
UI/UX prototyping is essential as it allows designers to simulate and refine the user experience before development. By creating interactive prototypes, designers can test usability, gather early feedback, and identify design flaws.
A prototype is an early version of a design that is used to quickly gauge if the desired design is successful or needs to be improved in certain areas. From a low fidelity paper sketched prototype to a high fidelity interactive clickable design that nearly resembles the finished product, prototypes can take many different forms.
This iterative process helps in creating intuitive and user-centred interfaces, reducing the risk of costly changes during development and ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience. Prototyping also facilitates effective communication with stakeholders, allowing them to visualise and provide input on the design direction, resulting in a more collaborative and efficient design process.

Our OFFERINGS

Prototyping Services we offer

Wireframe Prototypes

Before moving on to UI design, we first construct simple wireframe prototypes to evaluate the logic and functionality of the user flows.

Interactive Prototypes

In order to get some in-depth input from the client and users, we create interactive prototypes.

Digital Prototypes

We produce the most realistic representation of the finished product using digital prototypes, which allows us to get comprehensive insights.

Coded Prototypes

We produce coded prototypes and host them for additional user testing after the customer has given the final clearance for the digital prototype.

How do we do it?

We build fluid prototypes that bring designs to life, refining user experiences, and validating ideas before development.

1

Define Prototyping Goals

  • Clearly outline the objectives and goals of the prototype, whether it's to test specific interactions, validate design concepts, or gather user feedback.
2

Gather Requirements

  • Understand the project requirements, user needs, and design specifications to ensure the prototype accurately reflects the intended design.
3

Plan the Prototype

  • Determine the level of fidelity (low, medium, or high) and the tools or software to be used for creating the prototype.
4

Create Wireframes or Sketches

  • Develop a visual representation of the user interface using wireframing tools or sketching techniques. Focus on the layout, structure, and basic functionality.
5

Design Visual Elements

  • Add visual design elements, such as colors, typography, and imagery, to enhance the visual appeal and aesthetics of the prototype.
6

Add Interactivity

  • Integrate interactive elements, such as buttons, menus, and navigation, to simulate user interactions and create a realistic user experience.
7

Test and Iterate

  • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback from users or stakeholders. Based on the findings, make necessary iterations and refinements to improve the prototype.
8

Share and Collaborate

  • Share the prototype with team members, clients, or stakeholders for feedback and collaboration. Use prototyping tools or platforms that allow for easy sharing and version control.
9

Document and Handoff

  • Document the design decisions, interactions, and specifications of the prototype. Provide clear instructions for developers to ensure accurate implementation.

Frequently Asked Questions

Still have Questions?

Here, we've compiled a list of FAQs about our Prototyping Research services that you might have and many of our clients have asked us :

Why is Prototyping so important in UX/UX design?

Prototyping saves time and resources by identifying design flaws early in the process, minimizing the risk of costly changes during development.

Do you include Prototypes With the Designs?

We do submit prototypes along with user flows, wireframes, and UI designs.

What prototyping tools do you use?

We mostly use Figma and Adobe XD for prototyping, a collaborative design tool with robust prototyping capabilities, allowing our designers to create interactive and responsive prototypes. If you have any specific need, we are happy to use the recommended tool.
